Remedies which may offer relief influenza, Fever, Hand Foot mouth, Strep throat, Sinus Relief, Scarlett fever, Strawberry tongue
 
1. Aconitum napellus (Aconite)- When symptoms come on suddenly: Simulates Immune Response      - High fever with restlessness and fear.     - Rapid pulse. Dry and burning skin.
 
2. ABC - ACONITE, BELLADONNA, CHAMOMILA used for children and babies ever 4 hours when they have a high temperature. Adults can also use too.
 
3. Apis mellifica -
For symptoms with: -
Swollen, red, and hot skin.
- Rash that itches or stings.
- Swelling of the throat or glands.
 
 4. Arsenicum Album - For  restlessness and irritability due to symptoms.   - Effective for burning pain and improving appetite loss.
- **Worse Night time 
 
5. Belladonna - For the early stages of flu, sinus problems, scarlet fever, strep throat, chicken pox with:     - High fever with no sweating   - Red, hot skin.  Flushed face. Throbbing headache. - Dry mouth and throat.
     
 6. Hepar sulph - Homeopathuc antibiotic     - For painful, inflamed throats with pus formation.     Symptoms:   
- Sharp, splinter-like throat pain.     Sensitive to cold; pain worsens with cold drinks or air.  Better with warm drinks or warmth in general.  
 
7. Ferrum Phos    - Symptoms:- Red and swollen throat with mild fever.     - Throat feels better with cold drinks.   - **Modalities:** Effective before pus formation begins.
 
8. Rhus toxicodendron - When the rash is red, itchy, and feels worse at night or with heat: Restlessness and difficulty staying still. Sore throat with hoarseness.
 
9. Mercurius solubilis For:  Swollen glands and excessive salivation. Sore throat with ulcers or white patches. Foul-smelling breath.
 
10. **Sulphur** When: Rash is slow to heal or is intensely itchy. Skin feels hot and sensitive.
11. Ipecacuanha (Ipecac)- Indicated for persistent cough with nausea or vomiting. Beneficial when the child seems unable to clear mucus from the chest. 
 12.  CCA - Chests coughs and Asthma  -   **Chests Coughs Asthma**  - Chronic Coughs, I recommend CCA (Chest Coughs and asthma) This includes Ant Tart, Bryonia, Kali Bich, Nat sulph, Rumex and sulphur  and covers nearly all coughs I know to date. Can be taken stand alone 6 times a day until symptoms dt better, then reduce to 3* a day until better.
 
  13.    Cleansing mix - Great detox remedy, for spring or if you have taken antibiotics at any time, for drinkers, smokers trying to stop, 2 pills 3 times daily for a month.
   
   14.     General flu mix - Great for all influenza afflictions, fever too. Aconite, belladonna, Chamomila, Ferrum phos, included in this one blend. Can be taken every 15 minutes until fever breaks, then reduce to 3 times a day for 2 days. 
 
    15.    Immunity mix blend - May help stimulate an immune response. Dealing with intruders. Helps to hold infections at bay. Taken 3 times a day when needed. Or once a day to keep immunity boosted.

17. Mullein tincture 50ml  for coughs, expels mucus, helps you to expel when coughing especially if you have a dry cough. Soothing especially in cases of bronchitis. 20 drops 3 times a day. For children over 2, 5 drops 3 x a day. Children over 5 up to 10 drops 3 times a day. 
 
18. Elderberry tincture 50ml - naturally high in vitamin C, A and potassium, may help reduce the symptoms of flu, may help to support the immune system, treats acne, protects the brain, may help to enhance performance.
Dose 20 drops in a little water 3 times a day. 10 for children. 
 
19. Echinacea  Tincture 50ml - Adults only - Immune support, Anti inflammatory, Anti - Viral Anti Bacterial, May help with upper respiratory tract infections. May over stimulate the immune system, for those with auto immune disease. Please do ask for a different blend. Adults**:  
  - Preventive Use 2–3 mL (20-49drops) up to 3 times daily.  
  - **At the Onset of Illness**: 2.5ml every 2–3 hours for the first 24–48 hours, then reduce to 2mL 3 times daily until symptoms improve.
