Flea/Nit protocol 
LICE: For head lice, you will be sent the drops in a 30ml bottle, inclusive of 5 drops tea tree oil to be added to your shampoo. Shampoo twice in one day then condition, leave conditioner on for 10 minutes and then use a nit comb to comb through, then again after 29 days to get any remaining eggs.  (Nits have a 29 day life cycle).
For animals if there is a very heavy infestation of fleas, you can receive 5ml of flea/nit herbal blend and add to 20ml of shampoo. Shampoo twice in one day and then again after 29 days (a flea’s lifecycle) to get any remaining eggs. There is also the option of a spray for all of the bedding (after first washing it in a hot wash) and all the places where there might be eggs – any soft furnishings.  Then revert to normal usage. A bottle of Flea/nit herbal  blend will last up to a year with this usage, so it's very cost effective. 
If your animal/child is still very itchy you can purchase flea/nit drops in an almond oil base with some added lavender essential oil and rub on the body, it’s soothing and smothers any fleas, ticks, lice it comes into contact with. This is not for cats. Cats will have the drops in an oil base only as essential oils are toxic for cats. 
Then maintenance is to prevent fleas, ticks and lice is 3 drops on the back of the neck (animal) or child's hair  twice a day for 3 days every 3 months. Make sure you make contact with the skin, not just the fur. It is non toxic (to us, not to fleas!) so you can rub it in.
