Put 4-6 cups water into a Saucepan and add 2-3 Tbsp of the herbal mixture and bring to the boil. Let the mixture cool down for around 10 minutes pour into a bowl. Get a towel and squat over the bowl, covering you and the pot. Direct the steam towards your yoni for 15-20 mins. Use 2-3 times a month for best results. Do not steam on your menses.
